Marine consulting engineer and surveyor based in Hong Kong. Extensive experience of shipboard operations and maintenance during a 33 year sea going career serving up to the rank of Chief Engineer, responsible for the safe running and maintenance of various types of vessels. Regularly instructed by hull & machinery underwriters and P&I Clubs for surveys of vessels and investigations of damages and repairs to vessels and their machinery.
